Detroit Commerce Bank Announces New Mortgage Department

DETROIT - (July 21, 2004) - Harold Curry, the president and CEO of Detroit Commerce Bank is please to announce that the bank is launching a new Mortgage Loan Department with veteran mortgage officers.
Belinda Turner-DuBois, a 14-year mortgage lender, joins Detroit Commerce Bank as Senior Mortgage Loan Officer and seven year mortgage lender Wendy C. Carrauthers has joined the bank as Mortgage Loan Officer.
"Belinda and Wendy are strong mortgage professionals and I look forward to their success in leading our new mortgage department," Curry said. "We have a wide variety of mortgage products and services for residential, commercial and construction mortgages."
Turner-DuBois has extensive experience as a mortgage lender, including new construction, conventional, government state housing, and other first-time homebuyer programs. She is currently working on a degree in business management.
Carrauthers has prior experience in retail lending, as well as extensive experience as a mortgage lender. She has a bachelor's degree from Wayne State University.
